    DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOR A CLIMATE NEUTRAL ECONOMY: INTERNATIONAL FRAMEWORK OF ECO-DIGITAL PROJECTS

    The research reveals practical side of a twin green and digital transition in terms of a global path to climate neutral economy. Digitalization is considered as a driving force behind the transition towards a low-carbon economy. The article focuses on wide international experience of IT implementation for industrial decarbonization. Analytical database of the research covers more than 200 different eco-digital projects in various areas of climate regulations given by international organizations. This allows to outline international framework of eco-digital projects based on geolocation, regional features, IT decisions, level of technological support and climate influence. International differentiation of climate-digital projects was established by region. Comprehensive analysis of these data is provided to identify the gap in digital capabilities and climate targets. The rating of IT applied in climate-digital projects was built. As a result, the research proposes key project ways of the twin green and digital transition that are the most attractive for achieving climate neutrality on a global scale.

    We examine the main trends of world economic development. The characteristic feature of the modern world is the acceleration of globalization development, caused by the achievements of scientific and technological progress. The increase in possibilities of global problem solving is accompanied by their exacerbation and degree of openness of public systems in conditions of modern globalization. We consider the interaction of international economic agents, the formation of interconnections, the inevitability of transition to a new and more progressive model of economic development – metaeconomy and the problems which are potentially able to cause negative consequences of the financial sector redistribution. There is a growth of social inequality in the world, resulting in increasing income disparities, which intensifies the migration process and thereby creates new problems as a result of the coexistence of people belonging to different civilizations, cultures and value systems

    THE PARADIGM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD

    The paper investigates the process of strategic management and missions of a multinational corporation on the basis of the model of the balanced scorecard (BSC) formation. Due to the trends in modern management, the development of a company’s strategy, and the estimation of its efficiency are carried out with increasing frequency by means of scorecards. Thus, the aim of the research is to explore the paradigm of strategic management of multinational corporations within the framework of implementation of the model of an enterprise scorecard in an ERP system. The topicality of the research is determined by the necessity to implement the worked out in detail monitoring of company’s activity in a strategic focus, which will allow increasing the operationability and efficiency of administrative decisions and controlling the most essential financial and non-financial performance indices. In the course of work, the authors were guided by the principles of systemic and dialectical approaches to explore the problem. Thereat methods of logic and factor analysis, swot analysis, scenario planning, approaches to grouping, comparison, generalization, interconnection of the theoretical and practical aspects of the work of multinational corporations were used. They serve to deepen the theoretical and methodological aspects referred to the formation of the accounting and analytical information and implementation of the balanced scorecard model in the process of institutionalization of informative economy. It is well-proven that optimization of a business strategy of companies contributes to realization of the information support mechanism of the accounting and analytical systems under the condition of ERP introduction- systems for the improvement of methods of accounting, control and analysis. It gives an opportunity to efficiently manage the resources of corporations, to regulate their production load, to control quality and push their products forward to foreign markets. It has been found out that, taking into account these tendencies, it is possible to construct a pay card of the system of indices according to the levels of acceptance of administrative decisions on the basis of all main business processes of a corporation

    KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION OF UKRAINE

    The article investigates the issues and challenges associated with the variability, mobility of technologies of education, development of the conceptual framework based on modernization of economic education, formation of professional knowledge of future specialists of an economic profile in the system of continuous economic education in the conditions of the educational and scientific complex “school-college-university” and the ability economically expedient of such system of knowledge. The economic efficiency of the system of professional knowledge could be achieved through a scientific justification of the project-creative component that is not investigated enough. And there is necessity to implement this experimental innovative component of the professional economic training.In the process of the research the authors worked out a theoretical cluster system model of knowledge-based economy by applying latest innovative technologies where intersubjective innovative connections are available. The research results involve clarification of the following concepts essence “modernisation of the system of professional knowledge in economics” and “future specialists in the sphere of economics”; introduction of a project-creative approach in an educational-scientific complex “a school with its economic specialization – a college of economics – a university of economics” under conditions of continuous economic education.

    The aim of the research is to determine the preconditions for integration the Ukrainian digital market into the EU's Digital Single Market. The article is devoted to the definition of preconditions integration of Ukraine into a single digital market EU in accordance with the realities of the domestic market digital integration priorities. The article is identified trends in the development of Ukrainian market of digital technologies, comparison of individual indicators it development of appropriate indicators of the EU countries, revealed the degree of difference between these principles and trends, directions outlined measures to solve the problem "digitalization" Ukraine and creation of favorable conditions for cooperation with the European Union in the field of information and communications technology and future integration into the EU single digital market. It also identified high priority digital media channels and reasonable "gap" priorities of digital media distribution channels, due to the level of ICT use in countries. The paper analyzed Internet Stats and Facebook Usage in Europe and the necessity for priorities of the digital media space, depending on the selected region of the distribution at the stage of development of a marketing strategy. The research employed the following methods: monographic and descriptive, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and statistical analysis.

    DIGITAL HUMANIZATION OF EDUCATION IN THE LIGHT OF GEOPOLITICAL CHALLENGES

    The article examines systemic conditions and important determinants of the humanization of higher education in the light of crucial geopolitical challenges. Complex analysis of the international background of educational humanization is provided on the basis of world rankings given by international network of universities for European countries. The research discloses the most highlighting tendencies towards modern knowledge and education system in the conditions of innovation progress, digital transformation and sustainable development. The analysis reveals logical coherence between humanization, national education, and economic growth. The role of humanization of education is also considered, taking into account the requests of the world labor market, that shapes the most demanded personal criteria in different occupation areas. The concept of human-centrism of the educational system and its components are presented towards economic, geopolitical, digital and environmental discourse. It is concluded that higher education in EU and Ukraine quickly responds to crisis situations and becomes a necessary foundation for comprehensively overcoming the relevant challenges.     Ukrainian pedagogical community active discusses the problem of the competence approach to the activity of modern teacher of vocational school, in connection with the modernization educational processes taking place in Ukraine. The purpose of modernization of domestic vocational education is to combine the traditions of Ukrainian pedagogy and foreign experience in shaping the student's personality, capable of active independent action, which will create a dynamic, mobile, competitive model of the domestic system of vocational training of specialists for various industries and service sectors. The content of the article highlights the features of innovation processes in the system of Ukrainian vocational education. The authors reveal the relationship between the growth of the level of innovative competence of the teacher and the effectiveness of the realization of his creative potential in the process of development and implementation of modern educational practices in educational and organizational, scientific and methodical work in vocational education institutions.     INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY: CASE FOR TERTIARY EDUCATION IN TERMS OF SMART ECONOMICS

    This research analyses information and communication technology as an effective tool and infrastructural basis for tertiary education development. The paper aimed to determine common roadmap of ICT implementation into national educational system taking into account variable factors of smart economics, global digitalisation and conditions of the international environment. Sufficient evidence of European countries’ willingness to ICT transformation is illustrated. A subsidiary objective of this research involves the building of a logical model outlining correlation between tertiary education and level of ICT access by the example of some European member states and Ukraine. Statistical data were based on variable indicators describing ICT infrastructure, education effectiveness and economics. The methodology of statistical methods and GAP-analysis was applied. This allowed revealing complex recommendations for the transformation of education into a smart education.     The modern model of socio-economic development of Ukraine must meet an effective system of vocational and professional higher education, which can quickly adapt to market demands and provide training for skilled workers who are able to be competitive in the existing socio-economic space.. In recent years, a change in the educational paradigm is taking place in the state: from information-cognitive, inherent in industrial society, to personal-activity, based on a competency-based approach to the educational process, characteristic of the post-industrial, information society.. Educational practice objectively needs to make a particular student the main figure in the educational process, thus focusing the activities of teachers of vocational education on the personification of the process of professional training. Significant changes in society, social life, the productive sector of the economy and the sphere of state services necessitate the training of a pedagogical worker with a fundamentally new type of thinking. An employee who is ready to carry out innovative pedagogical and scientific-methodical activities, professionally competent, who is able to perform constructive actions in various situations of a professional nature and carry out educational and methodological activities at a high scientific level in accordance with modern educational requirements. The article presents the main approaches to the development of professional competence of a teacher of the system of vocational and professional higher education. One of the leading components of professional development of a teacher is his ability to modern educational and methodological activities, which involves designing classes based on a competency approach, the use of innovative educational technologies, the introduction of integrated learning in the system of vocational education.Сучасній моделі соціально-економічного розвитку України повинна відповідати ефективна система професійно-технічної та фахової передвищої освіти, яка може швидко адаптуватися до запитів ринку та забезпечувати підготовку кваліфікованих робітників, здатних бути конкурентноспроможними в існуючому соціально-економічному просторі. Упродовж останніх років в державі відбувається зміна освітньої парадигми: від інформаційно-когнітивної, притаманної індустріальному суспільству, до особистісно-діяльнісної, що заснована на компетентнісному підході до освітнього процесу, характерної для постіндустріального, інформаційного суспільства. Освітня практика об'єктивно потребує зробити головною фігурою навчального процесу конкретного здобувача освіти, тим самим орієнтуючи діяльність педагогічних працівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти на персоніфікацію процесу професійної підготовки фахівців. Істотні зміни у суспільстві, соціальному житті, виробничому секторі економіки та сфері послуг держави обумовлюють необхідність підготовки педагогічного працівника з принципово новим типом мислення, готового до здійснення інноваційної педагогічної та науково-методичної діяльності, професійно-компетентного, здатного виконувати конструктивні дії у різноманітних ситуаціях професійного характеру і здійснювати навчально-методичну діяльність на високому науковому рівні відповідно до сучасних освітніх вимог. У статті представлено основні підходи до розвитку професійної компетентності педагога системи професійно-технічної та фахової передвищої освіти. Одним з провідних компонентів професійного розвитку педагога виявлено його здатність до сучасної навчально-методичної діяльності, що передбачає проєктування занять на засадах компетентнісного підходу, застосування інноваційних освітніх технологій, впровадження інтегрованого навчання у систему професійної підготовки
